We are looking for a GP to work for 4-8 sessions per week plus CPD time.
Typical working day
A telephone first system
Face to face appointments booked following telephone triage
Very few visits
15 minute face to face appointments,

Qualifications
Essential
1. Full GMC Registration with a licence to practise and entry on the GP Register
2. Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in General Practice / Certificate Confirming Eligibility for General Practice Registration (CEGPR), or equivalent
3. Included on a Medical Performers List or eligible
4. Evidence of continuous professional development

5. Holder of MRCGP
6. Evidence of other specialist interest /development / training
