Sales & Customer Service Agent

We are seeking a Sales & Customer Service Associate to join my client, a small, friendly, and rapidly growing company. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and determined individual who enjoys a varied role within a team environment. The position involves supporting businesses both in the UK and internationally.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Provide customer service and support to both existing and new customers, including general administrative duties.
* Conduct outbound telesales calls to generate new leads.
* Prepare and provide quotes to customers.
* Take bookings and arrange collections/deliveries.
* Engage in problem-solving to address any customer issues that may arise.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A minimum of 3 years of previous sales, customer service, or account management office experience.
* Fluent in spoken English.
* Proficient in PC use, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (training will be provided on our CRM system).
* Excellent telephone manner with a warm, sincere, and likeable personality.
* A steady work history with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience in Logistics, Shipping, or Freight is essential.
