This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to take on a busy existing caseload with a law firm which is fully established in its area.
With a good level of support, you will have your own diverse caseload of Conveyancing matters including sale, purchases of freehold and leasehold properties as well as dealing with New Builds, Shared ownership, transfer of equity, Equity release and Remortgage files.
You will be familiar with a Case Management system, be computer literate and able to use Microsoft applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing files.
* Provide a personable service to clients.
* Demonstrate strong technical knowledge across a wide range of conveyancing matters.
Qualifications:
* Solicitor or licensed conveyancer with at least two years PQE.
* Strong communication skills.
The firm offers a competitive salary and has a genuinely friendly, family feel and a collaborative working environment which involves hybrid working (following the probationary period).
Salary will be dependent on experience and qualifications.
Also included is a mobile or soft phone and laptop.
A bonus is payable depending on performance.
