Administrator / Receptionist. Swinton. £24k + excellent benefits!
**This is a fully office based role. No hybrid or working from home option**
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established and successful company going through a period of growth and expansion in an Administration/Reception capacity where you will be providing varied and crucial support to the team. Based in modern and spacious offices, your duties will include;
1. Meeting and greeting visitors, signing them in and making refreshments
2. Answering and fielding calls along with query handling
3. Confirming appointments over the phone and updating the system
4. Inputting and raising invoices using Sage ( training will be given )
5. High volumes of data entry onto the inhouse database
6. Using Excel on a daily basis ( must be confident to use )
