Job Description You will be responsible for front line customer service duties in railway stations and will be expected to deliver passenger information/communication, issue tickets, deal with and resolve complaints and assist in delivering a high-class rail service. Essential Criteria ¿ A minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, including English and Maths or, alternatively, be able to demonstrate at least 2 years¿ relevant experience in a similar post.¿ A minimum of 6 months relevant clerical/administrative experience.¿ Proficient experience of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Access.¿ Experience of handling cash transactions¿ Experience in a customer facing role to include dealing with customer enquiries. Desirable Criteria ¿ Minimum of 2 years¿ experience in a customer facing role to include dealing with ticketing equipment/cash register.¿ Book-keeping experience¿ Experience of working with Agresso and Merit systems
