Customer Service Representative - Newcastle - 6+ month's contract - circa £14 - £19/hour.
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment? A Digital Services Provider is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative in Newcastle. In this role, you will utilize your prior experience in customer service and support to assist us in upholding our commitment to delivering excellent service to our clients.
This is a 5-day onsite role in Newcastle.
Working hours are between 8am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday - we usually work a 6-8 week shift rotation so that you can plan around shifts with plenty of notice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance.
* Utilize your prior experience in customer service to handle a variety of customer interactions efficiently and effectively.
* Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and inquiries.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer data with the utmost care and discretion.
* Demonstrate a strong customer focus and dedication to delivering an outstanding customer experience with every interaction.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in customer service or customer support roles.
* Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services customer service is advantageous.
* Ability to work onsite in Newcastle, five days a week.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
