The Role

* As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will provide essential support to a Conveyancer in handling all stages of the conveyancing process, from inception through to post-completion
* Your responsibilities will include managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, assisting with post-completion tasks such as AP1 submissions, and ensuring exceptional client care throughout

About You
\n
* At least 6 months of experience working in a conveyancing department within a UK-based private practice firm
* Experience in opening files, with knowledge of post-completion processes such as AP1 submissions and Land Registry work
* Committed, detail-oriented and eager to develop your career within conveyancing
