Job summary
NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board (ICB) is a statutory NHS organisation responsible for developing a plan for meeting the health needs of our communities, managing the NHS budget, and arranging for the provision of joined up health services which improve the lives of people who live and work in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 transformation support assistants to join the NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly integrated Care Board's new Transformation Support Team. They will be an integral part of the team, supporting the Programme and Project managers in the planning and execution of successful projects and programmes to deliver services that best meet the needs of our local population.
Main duties of the job
The workload is diverse and requires exceptional planning and organisation skills. Tasks include:
1. Communicating all stages of the project to internal and external parties and stakeholders
2. Preparation and follow-up of meetings and presentations.
3. Maintaining project documentation and report.
4. Updating project delivery plans.
5. Monitoring and escalating risks and issues across a range of programmes and projects.
6. Helping to manage and track correspondence.
7. General organisational tasks to support the Programme and/or Project manager.
These are important roles as you will be supporting the delivery of improved care and outcomes for our population across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

The post holder will have:
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience of working at a similar level in an administrative role, ideally in a project or programme environment
Ability to work and react at pace to deadlines and be adept at taking initiative and problem solving.
Ability to plan, organise and balance competing priorities are task and result focussed to ensure deadlines are met and outcomes achieved.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word / Excel / Powerpoint)
