The Construction Project Manager Role
The successful Construction Project Manager will join a hands-on, dynamic team of professionals conveniently located in the centre of Bristol and boasts an enviable, exciting and inclusive company culture that boasts a diverse workforce who enjoy regular socials, team volunteering days and charitable challenges.
Working on an exciting range of schemes across the Southwest and further afield, the new Project Manager will work on schemes from concept to construction from £1m - £1bn including a zoo development.
Working in a hybrid capacity from the office, from site and from home where possible - with exceptional long term progression opportunities to Senior Project Manager as well as excellent support with Chartership - this could be the perfect opportunity for a switched on PM looking to establish themselves within a highly respected firm.
The Construction Project Manager
1. Construction Project Management experience within a UK Consultancy
2. Ideally chartered RICS, CIOB, RIBA, MICE, or working towards chartership.
3. Ability to work independently as a project lead but also collaboratively within a team
4. Proficient in the use of MS office and MS Project
