Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Birchwood
Duration: 6 months – possibility of extension
Work type: Hybrid – One week min 3 dayson site, one week 2 days on site

Our client are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to provide their customers with a superior experience, receiving parts and services wherever they are in the world, and whenever they need it, using easy to access and convenient solutions and processes.
ROLE INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:
Logging incoming customer enquiries and responding in a timely manner.
Using multiple reports for identifying potential problems.
Interpreting the voice of the customer.
General administration duties within customer ops team.
Regular contact points with the customer, both on the phone and through teams.
General update to customers on their account via presentations. BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Candidates will have gained the following skills and experience through previous roles:
Strong administrator with a commonsense approach
Experience within customer operations
Able to use the Microsoft package (word, excel, power point)
Proven ability to maintain, react and think quickly to fast moving fluid situations
