Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
£57,650 per annum
Your role with us:
To provide financial leadership for The Royal Mint’s (TRM’s) central functions, oversee capital expenditure management for TRM and co-ordinate key forecasts across TRM. This role will ensure financial efficiency, support decision-making, and drive value creation across central functions while optimising capital investments. The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will work closely with department heads to monitor expenditure, forecast financial performance, and deliver decision-making aligned with the company’s financial goals.
We are looking for people who have:
* Proven experience managing costs and/or capital expenditure.
* Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning particularly in managing large, cross functional budgets.
* Experience working with senior management and providing financial insights to support strategic decision making.
* Demonstrated experience in managing Capex projects.
We are looking for people who are:
* A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post qualifications experience in a financial management role.
* Familiar with financial systems and ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle or similar).
* Strong and analytical with a high level of accuracy and attention to details.
* Strategic thinkers with the ability to align financial strategies with business objectives.
* Excellent communicators with strong ability to present complex financial information to varied audiences.
