We are looking for outstanding Support Workers to join our team on a 3-week rolling rota to cover day shifts and sleepovers. We are offering an hourly day rate of £12.32 and an hourly sleep rate of £12.00.

About the Role:
We are looking for reliable, fun, and empathetic Support Workers to join our team based in Eilburn, for a specific service user living in a shared house with 2 other ladies who also receive support.
Our service user has a learning disability, autism, and controlled epilepsy. The successful Support Workers will support household tasks, maintenance of the house, and provision of preparing and serving nutritious meals.
Complete all needs for personal care, medication, professional appointments, and support with anything our service user requires.

About Them:
Our service user has a profound learning disability, autism, and epilepsy. She may display mild acts of frustration at challenging times, such as banging chairs, but is not overly aggressive. Staff are encouraged to read the positive care plan.

The shift pattern will consist of:
Week 2- Thursday 9am -10pm sleepover, 7am-9am Friday Morning. Saturday 9am -10pm, sleepover, 7am – 9am Sunday Morning.

All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK; Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
