2nd Line IT Support Engineer

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Providing 2nd line technical support to a diverse client base.
Supporting onsite client operations alongside remote troubleshooting.
Assisting with escalations from 1st line support to ensure swift resolutions.
Offering clear, communicative technical support to clients via email, phone, and in person.
Collaborating with internal teams to enhance IT systems and resolve technical issues.Tech Requirements:

Windows Server and/or Apple OS
