We are looking for an experienced and multi-talented Lead Environment Artist with the ability to conceive, create and lead the team in creating innovative experiences via artistic visuals for AAA titles. Proven experience in generating a diverse range of styles, technical expertise with current gen’ technology and / or illustration skills are certainly of benefit.
This role is fully onsite.

Experience & Requirements
* At least 4+ years of experience in console development with at least 2 shipped titles and one as a Lead Artist.
* Effective visual and verbal communication skills when directing internal or external teams or individuals.
* Excellent resource management and judgement whilst assigning artists of varying skill sets to the numerous projects in the studio.
* Comfortable liaising with and presenting to clients in an authoritative and professional manner.
* A self-motivated team-leader who is outgoing, friendly, gregarious with attention to detail and a passion for delivering the best possible game experience.
* Autonomous in the respect of managing deadlines & budgets, with excellent time management skills.
* Experience of managing art teams effectively and in a timely fashion.
* 2-3 years experience developing and implementing solid art production pathways.
* The ability to find creative solutions when troubleshooting and assessing risks.
* A good understanding of cutting edge artistic techniques and tools and the ability to implement them into current practical practices.
