Job Title: Corporate Account Manager

Style: Hybrid – 2 days in office
The Corporate Account Manager manages key corporate client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, a client-centric mindset, and a strategic approach. The Corporate Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for a broad portfolio of corporate clients, focusing on maintaining satisfaction and driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management
o Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and goals.
o Conduct regular meetings to review account status, address issues, and identify opportunities.
o Manage client expectations and ensure commitments and SLAs are met.
o Develop strategies to retain and grow key accounts.
o Handle contract and pricing negotiations.
o Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
o Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions.
o Analyze market trends and competitors to find growth opportunities.
2. Client Onboarding & Training
o Oversee onboarding for new clients, ensuring smooth integration.
o Provide training and support to maximize product/service use.
o Help clients understand product features and best practices.
3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
o Track client performance metrics to align with business goals.
o Deliver regular performance reviews and reports.
o Use CRM systems to maintain accurate client records and monitor activities.
