Job Title: Copy and Content Manager
Salary Range: £40,000 - £50,000
Location: London – Hybrid

The Copy and Content Manager will have the opportunity to create dynamic, persuasive content for various channels, including web, email, print, and video. You'll drive monthly content strategy, ensuring consistent tone and style across the group’s brands, as well as working closely with marketing and business teams in the UK and Gibraltar. This role also includes managing editorial planning, editing third-party content, and refining content to enhance readability and engagement scores.
The Copy and Content Manager will:
* Lead monthly editorial planning and ideation for content across channels
* Produce and optimise SEO-friendly content for websites using publishing systems like WordPress and Webflow
* Craft compelling copy for email, social media, direct mail, and video scripts
* Ensure a consistent brand voice across all customer touchpoints, adapting style for each brand as needed
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand cohesion and quality standards
Essential Skills:
* Minimum of 3 years of B2C copywriting experience, with a strong grasp of SEO fundamentals
* Proven experience producing content that drives high ROI and conversion
* Exceptional research and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into engaging content
* Highly motivated, innovative, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational skills and collaborative communication style
