Key duties will include:
* Delivering an efficient and professional service by processing orders and new enquiries
* Nurturing robust relationships with existing partners
* Reaching out to both new and current clients, creating new opportunities
* Examining past orders to strategise and predict customer requirements
* Take care in maintaining a record of interactions and orders on a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
* Supporting the Customer Service Team with the execution of upselling
Skills and Experience:
* A history of achieving performance targets
* Strong commercial acumen and business mindset
* Proficiency in developing effective trading strategies aligned with overarching business goals
* Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities
* An understanding of Metric/periodic measurements
