At Town & Country we pride ourselves on providing a clean and welcoming environment for our clients and staff. We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Area Supervisor to directly support the Area Manager while also being hands-on with cleaning tasks when required. Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations for assigned areas.
* Perform hands-on cleaning tasks as needed to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
* Directly support the Area Manager in executing cleaning strategies and objectives.
* Train, motivate, and manage a team of cleaning staff, providing ongoing support and feedback.
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment.
* Address client concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
* Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a cleaning supervisor role or similar position.
* Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various conditions.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Schedule:
Normal working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday; however, full flexibility is required, including availability on weekends.
