Description
With back to back Ofsted Outstanding awards the Student Services Team at Plumpton College intends to build on this success through the creation of an expanded team which will further improve student experience. The college has residential provision for up to 203 students and we are seeking to recruit dynamic staff with a passion for supporting students and delivering a quality service.
This role is a great opportunity to participate fully as a member of the Student Services team with particular emphasis on ensuring that the residential student experience is maximised. The role requires a hands-on approach to ensure that the College site is safe and secure and to play a major role in the enrichment, logistical, support, and administrative aspects of student life at the college.
Ideal candidates will be professional, hardworking, and confident team players with a proven ability to engage and support young people in a busy operational environment. We are in a rural location so in order to take up this role you will need to have your own transport.
