In this role, you will:
1. Lead the IFP Insights team, setting goals and vision for the team, manage work prioritisation and coach and manage the team.
2. Lead the design and execution of major research studies that follow research best practices and methodologies – setting the example for worldwide research stakeholders to follow.
3. Partner with business function owners and stakeholders to prioritise research budget and identify areas where customer research can provide greater insight.
4. Lead the creation of customer journeys, qualitative reports, insight frameworks, and user personas which synthesize data and findings, helping the team arrive at a shared understanding of the customer needs.
5. Identify or develop immersive and interactive methods for helping stakeholders and the CX strategy/design teams understand the needs and experiences of customers.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
6. At least 10 years of Insights / customer research experience at large multinational
7. Strong ability to influence the organisation and senior leadership and drive change in how the organisation operates.
8. Strong team leader providing the team support in work prioritisation, job coaching and career development.
9. Strong stakeholder management capability bringing together and aligning a wide range of internal and external partners.
10. Strong communication skills (both verbally and written)
11. Fully fluent English ability is mandatory, with other language skills (especially Spanish) being a plus.
