Hours: Monday - Friday - 37.5 hours - Flexible on start and finish times
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: Up to £26, depending on experience

Office Angels are supporting a family run business in Keighley who are looking for a Finance Administrator to come and join their small, friendly team. You will be responsible for the Finance duties and report into the Finance Assistant. Another part of this role will be Data Analysis, so you need to be an intermediate user of Excel!

Main duties :
6. Analysing data and uploading courier recharges
7. Setting up and maintaining customer files and accounts
8. Credit Control duties
9. Supplier statement reconciliations
10. Ensure tickets are resolved in a timely manner
11. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
12. Office management including placing orders for office and customers
13. Collaborate with other team members to ensure financial compliance.
14. Assist with other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
15. Previous experience in finance administration or a related field
16. Proficiency in using Excel (Essential)
17. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
18. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
19. IT Literate - All Microsoft packages and CRM systems
