This company are a niche construction company who consistently create high quality builds. They predominantly work on student accommodation and later living projects and have had great success with these which has led to fast growth of the business. Due to this expansion, they are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their close-knit team and progress through the ranks.
In this role you will be based on site in Nottingham to start with, and will then move on to other projects in the UK once this project is completed. You will be involved with projects from start to finish, under supervision of the Senior Contracts Manager and Directors who will help you to develop your career. This role will be particularly site based, you will gain experience in all stages of the construction process. You will be communicating with clients to ensure smooth completion of works alongside efficiently managing your time between running sites, placing orders, negotiating and organising to ensure timely project completion. You will have the opportunity to gain training to further progress your career.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the construction industry with previous experience supervising or managing projects, and will be extremely motivated and ambitious, looking to make a real difference in your career and for the business.
