With over 60 different pension schemes, both DB and DC, you'll experience a diverse range of day-to-day cases and project work. Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service to colleagues, members, and employers, ensuring adherence to service levels. Support the Team Leader in managing projects, providing accurate and timely data to key stakeholders, and assisting with the general day-to-day management of the team. Maintain the accuracy of member and employer data at all times. Provide training and support to junior team members and manage team workloads. Ensure the quality and quantity of work, including checking colleagues' work. Identify areas for improvement, contribute to team meetings, refine processes, and suggest changes. Handle complaint cases in collaboration with the Technical Team. Skills: Extensive experience in benefit calculations. Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel, with experience in data manipulation and interrogation. Working knowledge of annual events, including valuations and benefit statements. Experience in training and supporting other team members. Ability to lead teams, meetings, and projects.
