The Sales Manager will
* Report to the General Manager
* Drive all revenue across all market segments within the East and the North of Scotland
* Execute business strategy with your regions
* Ensure effective communication and coordination with other areas of the Hotel to ensure that relevant strategy is understood and aligned
* Has no direct reports but will liaise/work closely with the in-house sales team.
As Sales Manager you will have
* A result orientated Hotel Sales Manager with a passion for hospitality and interacting with people
* A first-class networker and communicator with excellent project management skills and an eagle eye of identifying new opportunities
* A commercially astute, analytical multi-tasker who is motivated by a challenge with a proven track record of creating and executing strategic plans
* Proactive with a hands-on approach with the ability to work collaboratively at all levels, driving results for the business
