Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing high-quality care and support to seniors in a residential care home setting. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to supervise and lead a team, and a compassionate approach to senior care.
Duties:
1. Communicate effectively with seniors, their families, and healthcare professionals
2. Develop and implement individualized care plans
3. Drive the delivery of exceptional care services
4. Supervise and support junior care staff
5. Provide leadership in maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for seniors
6. Utilize IT systems for documentation and reporting in senior care
Experience:
1. Previous experience in a senior care or similar role is preferred
2. Familiarity with care home operations and regulations
3. Proficiency in IT systems for record-keeping
4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team
5. Compassionate and patient approach to caring for seniors
