Your new role
The Manager, SAP Security, is responsible for managing the SAP Security team and owning overall security and controls, partnering with Business Teams to meet business needs while providing a secure and auditable SAP environment that is aligned with the security and SOXpliance policies with a goal to have satisfactory audit rating.
You’ll develop SAP roles and profiles to minimize business risk and ensure clear segregation of duties. You will be responsible for understanding dependencies and interrelationships between separate functional modules and SAP systems. Provides functional and configuration support in designing SAP authorizations and roles.You need to develop and maintain security processes to ensurepliant, efficient and timely approval of access throughout the SAP landscape.
You’ll be creating/reviewing existing customer ruleset, rule building and identifying improvements, opportunities and remediating identified violations.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Experience with SAP Security Design, Implementation and Administration and experience configuring, deploying, and maintaining GRC tools, MSMP, ARA and mitigation controls.
2. Experience with SAP authorizations in S4, ECC, SAP Fiori
3. Proven experience with analyzing and resolvingplex authorization problems utilizing SAP standard tools
4. Understanding of latest tools and technologies, including Identity Management, Mobile solutions, and Cloud solutions
5. Ability to work under pressure, manage/lead a team of highly technical resources and proven ability to self-manage and work with minimal supervision producing quality work.
6. Be pro-active and take initiative to plan and strategize future work streams and growth and encourage teams to do the same.
7. Excellentmunication (written and oral) and strong interpersonal skills.
