About the client:My client provide Cyber Security and Managed IT Services, providing industry leading technical support to a large external client base. This is a progressive opportunity, with excellent progression and training opportunities. This is also a hybrid working opportunity, with three working days in office in Bridgend. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be the first point of escalation for technical matters escalated from 1st Line Engineers.
