Salary Scale: £140 - £260 per day (Depending on experience)
Start: Immediately
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time
Key Responsibilities of a Class Teacher:
* As a Class Teacher you will plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
* Establish a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages participation, collaboration, and respect.
* As a Class Teacher you will assess student progress regularly and use data to inform instructional decisions.
* Differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs of students and provide additional support or challenge as needed.
* As a Class Teacher you will collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support student learning and well-being.
* Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the school's ongoing improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements of a Class Teacher:
* Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field (PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification preferred).
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
* Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with experience across multiple year groups (ECT's encouraged to apply!).
* Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum, instructional strategies, and assessment practices.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* A passion for working with children and a commitment to promoting their academic, social, and emotional development.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute positively to the school community.
