We are seeking an onsite Warehouse Manager for the Domex warehouse located at our Head Office in Epsom. In this hands-on role, you will supervise the efficient operation of our warehouse facility, overseeing the receipt and dispatch of multiple parts per week for repairs on white goods. We are looking for a candidate with team management experience to lead our dedicated warehouse team.

What will your responsibilities be in this role?
• Allocate daily tasks to individual team members, ensuring completion against key performance indicators.
• Take a hands-on role as a member of the team to carry out tasks across the warehouse, including daily restocking, scanning, packing, dispatching, unloading, etc.
• Monitor and maintain stock accuracy, organising ad hoc stocktakes as necessary.
• Provide ongoing monitoring of agreed-upon KPIs, including spare parts scan time.
• Deliver clear operational direction and management to the team, training and mentoring new members.
• Ensure team understanding and compliance with the Company's Health and Safety Policy and Procedures.
• Utilise forklifts and VNA trucks where required (training and certification provided).
What are the working hours?
Shifts: 08:00–17:00, 09:00–18:00, and 09:30–18:30, as needed. The weekly rotation is determined by operational requirements, with each shift comprising of 8 working hours.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse environment, with a proven track record of effectively leading and managing teams of four or more individuals.
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on approach, demonstrating proficiency in handling the role's physical demands.
• Knowledgeable in warehouse health and safety requirements to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
• Computer-proficient and adaptable to company software through provided training.
• Easily commutable to Epsom, Surrey.
