I am currently working with a large national client who is looking for someone who comes with experience in leading a team, able to delegate jobs efficiently and is able to help nurture and develop junior and apprentices within the workshop team.
What is needed as a Workshop Controller:
6. Ideally hold a level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification.
7. Experienced in team leadership.
8. Have great communication and can delegate jobs according to skill levels.
9. Able to provide guidance and assistance when needed.
10. Can keep the workshop running smoothly at good optimum levels.
11. Able to work with other departments in order for a fantastic customer service experience.
12. Can keep the workshop team working to allocated timescales.
13. Able to maintain high levels of KPIs and tatgets.
14. Have a good understanding of the expectations needed for the workshop.
