Account Executive - Managing Mass Orders and Projects within Manufacturing
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Account Executive to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Responsibilities:
* Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded
* Manage and oversee mass orders and projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, logistics, and quality control, to coordinate project milestones and ensure efficient operations
* Proactively identify potential issues and risks, and implement effective solutions to mitigate them
* Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining clear and open lines of communication
* Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services
* Monitor market trends and competitors to identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments
Requirements:
* Proven experience in account management, preferably within the manufacturing or Cosmetics industry
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple mass orders and projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with the confidence to interact with clients and internal teams at various levels
* Solution-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on problem-solving
* Proficient in using project management software and CRM systems
* A self-motivated and results-driven attitude, with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding targets
* Degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred
