Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of existing UK & US accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty (including marketplaces).
2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
3. Develop and execute strategies to grow our portfolio in our key sectors.
4. Oversee the sales process from inquiry to delivery, including commercial proposal, pitch, and negotiations.
5. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
6. Collaborate and support GLB field sales resources.
7. Utilise our CRM tool to manage workloads, track sales, and generate reports.
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted offers and campaigns.
9. Provide market insights to shape future product development and strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience as an Account Manager.
2. Strong track record of growing sales and managing key accounts.
3. Experience with CRM systems and database management.
4. Excellent organisational, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to build relationships internally to ensure successful outcomes for customers.
6. Familiarity with the student accommodation, build-to-rent, and social care markets is a plus.
