Chocolatier Chef de Partie
Location: Production Unit, Wandsworth Road - South West London
Salary: up to£36,000 per annum
Hours: 5/7 days, 48 hour contract, 6am/7am starts

We are looking for a Pastry CDP or a specialist chocolatier Chef to join a growing and talented production unit, supplying into the best members clubs in London. The highest standards are expected in this kitchen, where you will get to use some extremely high-tech equipment in the chocolate room.
You will be tempering chocolate daily, preparing and producing high-quality chocolates and confectionery items.
The finest and freshest ingredients are used in this kitchen creating wonderful chocolate products for their members.
You will work 5/7 days and work a 48 hour contract, 3 single and 2 doubles.
Requirements:
* Currently or previously have worked as a Demi or CDP pastry Chef in chocolate in a fine-dining/members club/5* hotel environment
* Love of collaboration and team work
* Problem solving attitude
* A love for the finest, freshest ingredients and products
* An eye for detail
* Strong organisational skills
