Job Description
Location: Cirencester
Salary: £50,000 with excellent benefits
Main Responsibilities:
* Gather, document, and obtain approval for requirements and business processes.
* Lead business analysis workshops and investigate issues requiring detailed analysis.
* Identify, develop, and propose recommendations for improvement.
* Drive activities within internal teams and third-party suppliers to achieve business outcomes.
* Support testing, business implementation, and training activities as needed.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Experience with new system, product, and service launches
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Methodical and well-organized approach.
* Consultative approach with the ability to simplify complex issues.
* Influencing and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to manage workload across multiple activities.
