ROLE OVERVIEW
The role encompasses a broad spectrum of digital tasks, from website content management to innovative use of AI tools and Google Ads creation. Ideally suited for people who like technology and aim to build a career in marketing using the latest innovations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
A candidate is not expected to have had experience in all these responsibilities, but a successful candidate will demonstrate good knowledge of what is involved (at least in theory) and indicate their eagerness to undertake.
* Website content population and website administration, ensuring web best practices and SEO
* Google Ads administration, creation and monitoring, ensuring we meet specific KPIs
* Social Media and PPC advertising monitoring
* Websites’ performance and analytics (using Google Analytics, Ahref, SEMRush)
* Conduct research for digital ops (SEO, Backlinks investigation, Competitor Analysis)
* Administer Custom ChatGPT bot across several brands
* Create, launch and analyse Email Campaigns, ensuring best practices for email sends
* Work with HubSpot CRM and Microsoft 365 CRM to manage website integrations e.g. Contact Forms
* Use tools such as Typeform, JWPlayer, Monday.com, Office365 Suite for everyday operations
* Manage ad-hoc tasks set by the Manager to support operations of Sales and Marketing Managers
PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Collaborative skills - The post-holder for this role will have to collaborate with multiple teams across the business. They will need excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
* Communication skills - The ability to speak and write to a high standard with good grammar is crucial, both for effective operations/work with colleagues and for deliverables being public facing (e.g., website pages needing good proofreading and eye for detail).
* Excellent task prioritisation and organisational skills - The role has a wide variety of tasks with different levels of urgency and interdependence with other colleagues' work. The post-holder will need to keep themselves and colleagues accountable for delivery of tasks.
* Innovative and eager to learn - The post-holder will benefit from being trained by a senior digital marketing manager with advanced experience in website development and design, search engine optimisation, pay-per-click advertising, and CRM integration, as well as marketing and business in the online arena.
