We are looking for a Parts Advisor to be part of a busy team in our Leicester Business Centre. You will provide effective parts support to all technicians and customers, ensuring that all parts are identified, purchased and ordered efficiently and any queries are resolved professionally. This is a temporary role for 24 months working 20 hours a week.
About the role
On a day-today basis this is what you would be doing:
* Provide parts support and information to technicians and customers
* Liaise with other areas of the team to ensure correct pricing and best lead time.
* Process all orders and raise relevant credits where necessary
* Review invoice accuracy.
