Senior Marketing Manager for UKI
We are looking for a highly collaborative, hands-on senior marketing manager with previous experience in the UKI market, to help drive our marketing efforts.
In this role, you will help establish the strategy, with the UKI marketing and sales teams, to extend our UKI marketing to the next level. You’ll support our in-country demand generation execution to drive new business customer acquisition and current customer expansion. This role reports directly to the Marketing Director West, and is based in the UK.

Roles and responsibilities:
* Implement the regional marketing strategy within budget guidelines and co-own the in-country pipeline and lead generation goals. You’ll partner closely with both sales and marketing teams to execute activities and continue our high-growth trajectory to help sales surpass their bookings targets.
* Plan and execute a wide range of marketing programs and initiatives including: campaigns, account-based marketing, inbound and outbound digital activities, demand generation, events, and content creation
* Test and optimise new programs and channels. Continuously measure value and scale our efforts to drive pipeline growth
* Collaborate with various teams including regional marketing, campaign marketing, engagement marketing, digital marketing, communications/PR, creative and more!
* Report and analyse campaign performance and provide direction and guidance based on analysis of results.
* Present to, and engage with, sales team on a regular basis
Proficiency Preferred:
* 5+ years of marketing experience. B2B and SaaS preferred
* Deep understanding of how UKI companies operate, and buy software platforms so that we can build marketing campaigns that serve their needs by driving prospects to trial and eventually conversion and expansion
* Creative mind with the ability to conceptualise new campaigns
* Hands-on, get-it-done attitude, with excellent team collaboration skills for holistic cross-functional execution
* Strong analytical skills to synthesise raw data into practical execution plan for new and existing initiatives
* Understanding of marketing automation systems and such as Salesforce & Tableau
* Outstanding cross-group collaboration, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, problem solving and presentation skills
* Positive attitude, team-oriented, upbeat, and optimistic
