Customer Data Administrator LarkfieldMonday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm KHR is working with one of the fastest-growing businesses in the UK, which currently has a great opportunity for an Customer Data Administrator to join their Billings Team on a full-time permanent basis.Duties of the Customer Data Administrator will include but are not limited to:- Create and send invoices using bespoke system and MS Excel- Create data reports using Excel - Liaise with customers to resolve queries and answer questions- Monitor and respond to emails- Input and manage vast amounts of data correctly and efficiently- Support the wider billings and customer service team - Other general administrative tasks Candidate Profile:- Be computer literate with intermediate Excel skills - Have good communication skills both verbal and written - Have previous data entry experience- Knowledge of Sage or Salesforce is preferred but not essential - Have fantastic attention to details with the ability to sop error- Be solutions orientated - Be motivated and eager to learn This is a fully office based role, standard hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
