As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Excellence: Demonstrate unparalleled product knowledge and a deep understanding of boiler and central heating systems to effectively consult with potential customers.
2. Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with potential clients in a friendly and informative manner, building rapport, and establishing trust.
3. Travel: Our coordinators try to keep you within 1 hour travel from your home and group the leads together as best as possible.
4. Objection Handling: Possess exceptional objection handling skills to address customer concerns and provide persuasive solutions.
5. Closing Skills: Exhibit strong closing skills to secure sales and meet or exceed targets.
6. Administrative Duties: Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure seamless order processing and customer follow-up.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales, with a focus on boiler and central heating systems is a must.
* Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping clients make informed decisions.
* Strong objection handling and closing skills, especially in a home sales environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to travel within allocated postcode areas.
* Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
