Our client has developed an excellent reputation of assisting with every aspect of a project, working on a national basis. Specialisms vary between education, energy, health, residential, retail, and major mixed-use and regeneration projects. They work with many high-profile clients, including some of the country’s major land developers, housebuilders, and retail operators.
The successful Senior Town Planner, will have the opportunity to work closely alongside senior members of staff across a variety of projects, whilst receive ongoing support and guidance from all offices.
Senior Town Planner Position Remuneration

Senior Town Planner Position Overview
6. Involved in planning applications and appraisals
7. High level of communication internally and externally
8. Attending meetings and site visits as required
9. Administrative duties to support the planning process
10. Background research and analysis
11. Obtaining and managing supporting documents
Senior Town Planner Position Requirements
12. RTPI accredited degree or a relevant degree
13. MRTPI or close to achieving chartered status (within 6 months)
14. 2 – 4 years’ industry experience
15. Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time and multiple projects effectively
16. Strong communication skills (verbally and in written form)
17. Good understanding and knowledge of the planning system
18. Competent user of Microsoft 365 products
19. Live in a commutable distance of Leeds
