I am currently looking to recruit a Patient Care Team Leader to work at a Pharmaceutical homecare company based in Tamworth.
The Patient Care Team provides an initial response to all patient and Trust enquiries about the homecare service. They are required to coordinate the receipt of the prescriptions from prescriber with the delivery of the dispenser prescription to the patient. All deliveries must be scheduled to ensure that the patients never run out of their medication or end up with excess.
You will be required to manage and develop the performance and progression of the Administration/Care Coordinators, to ensure that they deliver an efficient patient focused service whilst nurturing a progressional developmental environment.
You will deliver effective leadership of the administration team to ensure accurate and continuously improving delivery of homecare medication to the patient.
You must have previous experience at a supervisory/team leader level within a healthcare setting and be able to demonstrate leadership skills.
This is a full time position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
