Description
The role of International Payments Coordinator is a vital role that works alongside a team of coordinators to create and manage customer payments accounts. Reporting to the International Payments Team Lead, you will be responsible managing your customer accounts and owning all stages of the payment’s transactions.
On a typical day, you’ll be…
* Inputting payments to activpayroll client bank accounts
* Gathering of backup for payments
* Investigating unexpected or unfamiliar transactions
* Handling bank reconciliations and proof of payment to satisfy customers requirements
* Reporting balance and turnover on accounts at month end
* Supporting with the daily upload of client banking transactions into the finance system and allocation to respective creditor accounts

* Be a brilliant communicator, able to work with different teams internationally and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Be self motivated, able to deliver an accurate and robust service with energy, persistence and initiative
* Ideally have experience with financial systems, including corporate online banking
* Have the confidence to challenge where we can make improvements to our processes, and find better ways of work
* Have exceptional attention to detail and driven by accuracy and quality
* Have great customer service skills, able to build solid working relationships with our clients
