4. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
5. Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations.
6. Manage relationships with key operations vendors.
7. Support with Recruitment and HR aspects of the business
8. Track operational goals and make necessary changes to meet these goals.
9. Work closely with the Secretarial & Business Support team to improve processes.
10. Provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure quality control.
11. Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.
