Responsibilities
:
1. Provide high-quality client-focused corporateernance advice to Boards and/ormittees to include:
2. preparing agendas in line with business priorities andernance requirements;
3. drafting,missioning, reviewing and editing papers and reports;
4. briefing paper authors and attendees;
5. preparing high-quality minutes;
6. circulating and tracking actions arising from meetings;
7. monitoring and flagging conflicts of interests.
8. Respond in a timely fashion to group and client queries relating to corporateernance issues
9. Advice to the Group and clients onpany Law and LLP legislation
Skills desired:
10. Excellent relationship management skills, able to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
11. Ability to present pragmatic alternatives and propose solutions.
12. Have excellent attention to detail including proof reading and drafting skills.
13. Have excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Corporateernance software.
14. Possess excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills.
15. Be a collaborative team player with a flexible approach.
16. Take full responsibility and accountability for your own tasks, while seeking advice and assistance when necessary.
17. Maintaining quality standards during times of change.
18. Experience of working in a Secretariat orernance team preferably within the Lloyd's and/or London Market.
19. Have experience of providing high-quality client-focused corporateernance advice to Boards and/ormittees

21. Worked onernance change that has positively impacted on an organisation's effectiveness.
