Product Supply Manufacturing at P&G is responsible for every aspect of product making for some of the world’s best loved brands. Working as a Process Engineer in manufacturing, you will be entrusted to lead parts of the business right from the start. Manufacturing has far-reaching responsibilities which cover reliability, quality, safety of our equipment/processes and the motivation of the people working in the plant. This role is an excellent and unique opportunity to advance in a challenging career at P&G by demonstrating growing levels of technical and leadership skills.
The Role
Our Process Engineers identify and reduce losses through standards and system development. They support daily production line activities and/or processing areas and help to build and strengthen capability into their area, systems, and technicians.
Daily work encompasses many of these areas:
1. Identifying, prioritizing, analysing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies
2. Delivery and start-up of new equipment, initiatives, and projects
3. Collaborating with technical experts, and other functions to create the best solutions
4. Creating learning programs and coaching and training technicians
5. Creating and improving standards to enable us to achieve the performance targets for the production line

Job Qualifications
What We Look For:
12. University graduates who have recently completed a degree in one of the following Engineering fields – mechanical, electric or chemical engineering.
13. Candidates with some experience post-graduation, either in a manufacturing or an engineering environment will also be considered.
14. Evidence of passion and achievements, particularly leadership, in academic and/or non-academic activities, short work experience or internships are a plus.
15. Strong English verbal and writing skills.
