As a Lidl Procurement Services Consultant, you’ll be responsible to tender and appoint suppliers for a wide range of procurement topics. From market research to negotiation, you will be joining a dynamic environment, successfully running multiple projects at the same time. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a multitude of departments and therefore continuously improve your knowledge about the business and different exciting topics.

\n\n**What youll do** \n \n● Engaging with different departments in the business analysing and highlighting the needs of each department \n● Onboarding new procurement categories \n● Demonstrate innovative thinking and proactivity where looking at new services implementation or strategic solutions \n● Managing the tender process from market research, to creating tender packs, completing scorecards and presenting final recommendations \n● Conducting strategic sourcing initiatives, including negotiations, supplier and industry analysis, benchmarks, cost structure analysis ensuring process compliance \n● Supplier negotiation and drafting contracts \n● Contract management \n● Stakeholder management \n● Preparing summaries, overviews and project status documents for senior management \n● Budget tracking and control \n● Managing and maintaining supplier relationships \n\n**What youll need** \n \n● Solid experience in a procurement role \n● CIPS Level 4 qualified is essential or equivalent \n● Experience working with suppliers, contract management and tendering \n● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills \n● Effective negotiator and confident presenter (able to present and propose projectsideas to Board level employees) \n● Ability to prioritise projects and communicate effectively accordingly \n● The ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently within tight deadlines \n● Ability to deal with a large amount of data (numeric andor literal) and being able to extract key information \n● Strong knowledge of Excel \n\n**What youll receive** \n \n● 30-35 days holiday (pro rata) \n● 10% in-store discount \n● Ongoing training \n● Enhanced family leave \n● Pension scheme \n● Plus, more of the perks you deserve \n \n*includes 10% non-contractual London Weighting allowance.
