My client a well-established MSP are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join them. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the tech industry, a proven ability to create and execute effective marketing strategies, and a passion for driving brand awareness and customer engagement.
Job Overview:
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the brand's presence, generate leads, and support the sales team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
2. Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
3. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
4. Manage and optimise the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimised for search engines.
5. Create and oversee the production of marketing materials such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and newsletters.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation and nurturing strategies.
7. Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
8. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed for specialised marketing services.
9. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
10. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
11. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the IT or MSP industry.
12. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
13. Proficiency in marketing software and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
15. Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
16. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
17. Experience with CRM systems and lead generation tools is a plus.
