Responsibilities
1. Maintaining & monitoring network, telephony, server, storage, desktop operating systems & desktop applications
2. On call service for incident management
3. IT service management including on-site support for users
4. New Joiner & leaver IT processes according the procedure
5. Ensure Information Security Standards are maintained across all IT assets
6. Participate in Infrastructure rollout project work when required
7. Provide out of hours support if there is incident or other emergency scenarios
Experience Required
8. Previous IT support experience include network, desktop, phones, windows 10 & GPO
9. Preferred Experienced in general IT infrastructure such as system monitoring, network, database management, business requirements analysis, storage management, data backup & information security
10. Demonstrable ability to work effectively as part of a team
