Clinical Services Manager - Mental Health Nurse / Learning Disabilities Nurse
Salary:Up to £60,000
37.5 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Services Manager with a background in Mental Health Nursing (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nursing (RNLD) to lead and oversee clinical services at a specialised adolescent inpatient care facility. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care for young people up to the ages of 18, who have complex mental health conditions. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the delivery of care while leading a dedicated and professional team.
What we're looking for
Registered Nurse with NMC registration (RMN or RNLD).
Proven experience in a managerial role within a clinical mental health or learning disabilities setting e.g. Hospital Director, Ward Manager etc
In-depth knowledge of statutory regulations and standards for mental health nursing and care.
Strong financial management skills and experience in budget oversight and resource allocation.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
A passion for improving mental health services and making a difference in the lives of young people.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team, providing supervision, mentorship, and support to nursing and clinical staff.
Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, healthcare standards, and policies, while delivering patient-centred care.
Oversee the financial and operational aspects of clinical services, including budget management, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic, integrated care to young patients.
Develop, implement, and review clinical policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement and best practice.
Foster a culture of quality care, safety, and excellence through leadership, staff engagement, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
