TheRole
* Client Support:Serve as the first point of contact for clients addressinginquiries and providing exceptionalservice.
* Sales Development: Using your skillsand experiences in sales build robust relationships with YopaEstate Agency clients securing financial services appointments andidentify opportunities to introduce clients to our range ofproducts and services supporting the growth of ourbusiness.
* Appointment Setting: Manage andschedule appointments for clients in partnership with our team ofbrokers.
* Administration: Handle administrativetasks efficiently including document management data entry andmaintaining accurate client records to ensure cases are completedefficiently and in line with FCAregulations.
* Career Progression: Participate inour structured 18month* development programme designed to equip youwith the skills and knowledge needed to transition into a fullyqualified mortgage broker role including the completion of CeMAPqualification.
